Refund policy

Upon receipt of the order, the customer has the right to open, inspect, and test it, provided it is in its original condition.

Returns
• The shoe will be returned on the same day with the courier.
• Items must be unused, in original condition
• Must include all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase

We accept exchanges within 1-2 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
• Need a different size or style? We've got you. Once we receive your item, we'll ship the replacement (based on availability).
